Were building Indias most trusted mobile-first construction execution & expense management platform, used by 100,000+ contractors, project managers, and supervisors across 500+ cities.


We are now hiring Pre-Sales Associates to fuel our growth by booking high-quality demos for the sales team.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Associate, your core mission is simple:

Talk to prospects qualify them book demos for closers


This is a high-impact, high-learning role for people who love conversations, persuasion, and targets.

What Youll Do

Handle high-volume outbound & inbound calls

Engage leads from:

Website enquiries

Marketing campaigns

Cold & warm outreach

Understand client pain points (cost leakage, site control, BOQ, tracking)

Qualify prospects & book demos for the sales team

Maintain clean follow-ups and CRM hygiene

Coordinate with Sales & Product teams for smooth handoffs

What Were Looking For

Strong confidence on calls & virtual meetings

Minimum 2 South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam preferred)

Clear communication

Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

Comfortable handling multiple calls daily

Curious, quick learner (SaaS + construction domain)

Prior Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Telecalling experience is a plus

Must-Have Requirements

Laptop with stable internet connection

Willingness to commit long-term (no near-term education or career breaks planned)
