Pre closing co ordinator

Qualifications -High School Diploma or GED.

Job Description-

Review title work supplied by applicant’s settlement agent.

Communicate with settlement the agent regarding obtaining any

missing documentation.

Clear all mortgage commitment conditions.

Coordinate and schedule the closing with the applicant and

settlement agent.

Verify that the proposed mortgage will constitute a valid first lien.

Ensure compliance with GSE and bank policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with regulations pertaining to BSA, USA

PATRIOT ACT and OFAC; Complete annual BSA training and report

suspicious activity to AML/BSA Compliance Department. 

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company

goals

Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all

unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
