Practice Lead - B2B

We are seeking an innovative Technical Leader to join our Cloud Engineering and Operations Team. This individual will be responsible for guiding the design, architecture, and implementation of customer related projects in the areas of Automation, DevSecOps Practices, End-to-End Observability, and Engineering Toolsets (including Atlassian, ServiceNow, and more). The role will focus on understanding customer needs, working closely with delivery teams and engineering teams to ensure successful customer implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction (in above mentioned areas) of projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
• Customer Engagement: Be technical point of contact understanding customer requirements and translating them into a delivery plan and keeping the customer engaged all along.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with customer delivery teams and engineering teams to design and implement solutions within committed timelines.
• Automation & DevSecOps: Advocate for and implement automation platform and strategies and DevSecOps practices considering multitenancy.
• Observability: Establish end-to-end observability practices to monitor system performance ensuring timely actions for all alerts.
• Toolset Management: Utilize and Integrate (if/when required) engineering toolsets such as Atlassian and ServiceNow.
• Change Management: Act as an ambassador for change requests from the customers and the needed prioritization.
• Documentation and Governance: Prepare the HLD, LLD. Own the governance, processes and procedures being documented and updated on a timely basis.
