Job Title: Practice Head Integrated Management Systems (IMS)

Role Description

The Practice Head - IMS-QEHS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Consulting will take a leadership role in guiding organizations to successfully implement and maintain integrated management systems. This full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad involves conducting initial gap analyses, developing project plans, identifying requirements for certification, delivering training, creating and maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective implementation of ISO standards. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure compliance, quality improvements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Leadership: Define vision, service strategy, and operational roadmap for the IMS consulting vertical.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and integrated systems.
• Team Development: Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team of ISO consultants and auditors.
• Technical Excellence: Ensure service quality, compliance with ISO standards, and innovation in delivery methods.
• Client Management: Act as the senior consultant for key client engagements and certification projects.
• Service Innovation: Drive continuous improvement of tools, templates, and digital documentation systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales and BD teams to scope projects and support proposals/pitches.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with external certification bodies and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, or Management.
• Certifications: Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (IRCA/PECB/TV or equivalent).
• Experience: 12+ years in ISO consulting, audits, or EHS/QMS leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in other standards (ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000) and IMS implementations is a strong advantage.
