Develop COEs for trending Technical areas and seed the core team
Develop POCs of the emerging concepts and prepare GTM for newer areas of services
Incubate and develop competency on emerging technologies and nurture project management practices
To manage investment, practice operations enabling SDU to catchup on technology
To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy
Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
To develop strategy for Practice and drive implementation.
Engage with the R&D team and harness the strength of Corporate R&D team
Create positive Revenue impact through the competency building and transition to DU team to carry forward
To build and maintain relationship with the Customer
To provide focus and direction to the program delivery for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
To jointly identify value creation cases and consistently deliver incremental value to customer as agreed and signed off
To lead the Managed service projects and provide leadership for transformation from T&M to work packages
Recruit, train, Deploy and measure performance of team members in practice
Review practice weekly and consistently prove performance
