Hitachi Astemo Brake Systems India Private Limited is an unlisted private company incorporated on 05 July, 2011. The company is manufacturing motor vehicle parts and accessories, Disk brake, Drum Brakes, Automated Parking Brakes etc.

Responsibilities:

​1. Daily Work Management

• Daily meeting with line Inspectors.
• Review of daily line Abnormal rejection
• Confirmation of 4m change control line side.
• Ensure the handling of gauge and instrument
• Knowledge of gauge and instrument and checking their 4S condition.
• Periodic Inspection ensure should be as per decided frequency.
• Provide OJT regarding New product inspection, rejection and Customer claims.
• Controlling line wise X Bar R Chart.
• Gemba controlling point verification
• Checking of measurement data in inspection check sheet.
• Identify Hiyari Hatto (Near Miss), do Kaizens and quality improvement.
• Change point controlling and product inspection on-time.

2. Analysis

• Knowledge about 7QC tool.
• Ensure the working condition of QA Machines.
• Knowledge of machining process.
• Knowledge of MSA & GRR.
• Understanding of 3G.
• Understanding of GD&T and able to identify the datum and reference planes in drawing.

3. Team Building

• Training to new inspectors in the machining process and method of inspection.
• Ability to develop motivational skill in junior.

Experience: 3-4 Years

Skills:

• Good Knowledge of Machining Inspection control, Control Chart, Use Instrument Like DVC & HG, Use of 7QC tools.
• Good negotiation skills.
