Duty: Rotational shift with 6 days working
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills
Master in Excel Functional formulas and data analyse , PPT expertise
Must be locally based in Navi Mumbai
Immediate joiner preferred
About the Role:
An PPT & Excel Expert Executive in the sales and engineering Department plays a critical role in managing financial sales data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting management decisions by converting raw accounting data (sales, expenses) into actionable insights using tools like Excel and ERPs & Prepare PPT to present to management. This position is vital for financial planning and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, input, and maintain accurate financial data in systems (MIS)
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, power point Presentations for management.
Analyze financial , sales data to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure all data is captured accurately.
Focus on overall sales, accounts, and financial reporting.
Prepare Power Point Presentation and present to the Management
