Position Overview


We are looking for a results-oriented PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimising campaigns across paid search and social platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to align digital advertising strategies with broader business goals.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms


  • Understand client industries, business objectives, and target audiences to create tailored PPC strategies


  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation


  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI/ROAS through creative testing, bid adjustments, and continuous performance monitoring


  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets


  • Create and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations


  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, providing proactive communication and ideas to support their growth


Qualifications & Skills


  • 13 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.


  • Proven expertise in managing different types of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads


  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking mechanisms


  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis


  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and reporting


  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with B2B and B2C brands across varied industries


  • Familiar with reporting tools like Looker Studio and other performance marketing tools


  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus
