PPC Specialist – Google & Meta Ads

Ads Conversions is hiring aPerformance Marketing / PPC Specialist with strong hands-on experience inGoogle Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads .

This is afull-time, work-from-office role based inNoida Electronic City, Sector 62 . We are looking for someone who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.

• Plan, create, and manageGoogle Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
• HandleMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) from setup to scaling
• Perform keyword research, audience research & competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns daily to improveCTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS
• Setup and manageconversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels)
• Test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal team for creatives, landing pages & offers

• 24 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding ofperformance marketing & funnels
• Experience inlead generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM & conversion tracking

• Experience: 24 Years
• Salary: 32,000 38,000 per month (based on skills & interview)
