Simpliaxis Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading professional training and certification provider offering globally recognized programs. We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Manager who can scale paid campaigns profitably in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Drive high-quality leads for professional certification programs.
• Manage and optimize CPL, CAC, and ROI targets.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis (especially in EdTech & certification domain).
• Manage remarketing and funnel-based campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Handle budget planning and scaling strategies.
• Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in EdTech lead generation (Certification/Training courses preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Experience handling monthly ad budgets of 10L+.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixels).
• Experience optimizing for lead-to-enrollment conversions.
• Strong analytical and ROI-driven mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience in global campaigns (US, UK, India, Middle East markets).
• Experience with CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Team handling experience.

• Lead to Enrollment Conversion %
