About the role:

The PPC Account Manager is responsible for managing paid advertising accounts end to end, including strategy, performance, client communication, and retention. This role ensures that each account aligns with client business goals while driving consistent and measurable growth across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.


As a PPC Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as a key bridge between clients and internal PPC delivery teams. You will be accountable for campaign performance, strategic planning, account growth, and building long-term client relationships with E2M Solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall PPC account performance, strategy, growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate campaign initiatives, strategies, insights, and opportunities to clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, including weekly or bi-weekly calls and monthly performance review calls.
  • Work closely with PPC Project Managers and Analysts to ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed on time and as per scope.
  • Identify account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly defined, documented, and consistently met.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and resolve issues proactively.
  • Focus on client retention through transparent communication and performance-driven execution.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of PPC best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social platforms.
  • Experience with PPC reporting, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable client communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing PPC or performance marketing role.
