Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling visual stories that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure visualizations follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Optimize dashboards for responsiveness, load time, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency in visual outputs.
- Provide guidance on data visualization standards, governance, and design principles.
- Conduct user training and support adoption of self-service BI tools across business units.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and visualization logic.
- Continuously improve reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
