| Core Functional/Technical Competency:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the PowerApps Technology • Hands-on experience in developing/managing PowerApps applications. • Proficient in performing enhancements in PowerApps applications. • Hands-on Experience on Oracle and SQL Databases • Good experience in Reporting Tool - PowerBI • Understanding of Agile methodologies
Application Support Competency: • End to end understanding of Application Support/Maintenance processes • In depth understanding of ITIL Service Management processes: Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration Management • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills |
