Power Platform Solutions Developer

About the role

Were looking for a handson Microsoft Power Platform professional to design, build, and scale business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & ModelDriven) , Dataverse , and Power Automate . Youll work on complex UI experiences, missioncritical workflows, and integrations via custom connectors and APIsdelivering secure, robust, and usercentric solutions at enterprise scale.

What youll do

• Design and develop Canvas and ModelDriven applications that are performant, accessible, and intuitive.
• Model data and implement robust Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Build Power Automate flows (cloud) for approvals, orchestration, and systemtosystem automation.
• Create and maintain custom connectors and integrate external APIs securely within Power Apps/Automate.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to translate business requirements into scalable app solutions.
• Apply ALM best practices (solutions, environments), testing, monitoring, and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, cost, and reliability across the Power Platform stack.

What youll need (Musthave)

• 5+ years of experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform .
• Advanced development experience with Power Apps (Canvas & ModelDriven).
• Strong handson with Dataverse schema design, plugins/workflows (where applicable), and security.
• Proven delivery of complex Canvas UI designs and critical Power Automate workflows/approvals.
• Development knowledge of custom connectors and integrating API based services within Power Apps.

Nice to have

• Experience with ALM (solutions), environment strategy, deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, telemetry, and monitoring.
• Exposure to Power Pages / Power BI / Azure services.
