Role Overview:

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and good working knowledge of Nintex Workflows to support digital transformation initiatives within our semiconductor business operations.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and automate workflows to optimize engineering, supply chain, and business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to automate business processes in engineering, manufacturing, and operations environments.

Build and manage Power Automate flows to streamline approvals, reporting, and data integration with internal systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, or MES platforms).

Develop and maintain Nintex workflows within SharePoint Online; assist in migration of legacy workflows to Power Automate where required.

Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement efficient automation solutions.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party APIs.

Ensure compliance with corporate data governance, access controls, and IT security standards.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing apps and workflows for performance and reliability.

Prepare detailed technical documentation and provide user support/training when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

47 years of experience developing business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 connectors.

Understanding of semiconductor or manufacturing business processes (e.g., engineering change requests, equipment tracking, quality reporting) is highly preferred.

Experience integrating Power Platform with ERP (SAP, Oracle) or PLM systems is a plus.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps is desirable.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
