Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Must be creative and able to design effective solutions using the full capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform

Must be able to communicate clearlyboth verbally and in writingwith delivery teams and technical partners

Ability to pair program and collaborate efficiently within a high-performing team

Demonstrated hands-on experience with all Power Platform services, including:

Power Pages

Power Apps

Power BI

Power Fx

Power Automate

Deep knowledge of the Power Platform development environment, including deployment, environment management, and securing applications in an enterprise setting

Strong hands-on understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, limitations, capabilities, and experience migrating external data

Experience integrating Power Platform applications with external authentication/SSO, including modern methods such as Multi-Factor Authentication

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with AI Builder and recent AI-driven enhancements in Power Platform

Familiarity with automated testing for Power Platform applications

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure DevOps, including repositories and deployment pipelines
