Power Platform Architect

Job Summary :

Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Develop enterprise-grade applications, AI-powered agents, and workflows that integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 to enable digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Copilot Studio.
• Lead development and deployment of intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, including multi-agent orchestration and AI integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration strategies across APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
• Drive presales activities by creating demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design reviews, and delivery quality.
• Assess AI readiness, data governance, compliance, and infrastructure requirements for deploying Copilot and autonomous agents.
• Implement ALM best practices including version control, automated testing, and release management for Copilot solutions.
• Collaborate across business and IT teams to align solutions with strategic goals, security policies, and enterprise architecture.
• Advise clients on licensing, cost models, and technology trade-offs related to Microsoft AI and automation platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical architecture or advanced consulting roles with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure services, and AI Builder.
• Experience developing and managing Copilot Studio solutions, including agent lifecycle and governance controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivery excellence.
• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions and enterprise-scale system integrations.
