Job Description
Project Description:
- We are looking for a Power Curve Collections (PCC) Engineer with strong technical expertise in Experian PowerCurve Collections (v2.x or higher), JavaScript customization, and API integration. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Experian's PCC solution, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and delivering advanced, user-friendly collections workflows.
- This role requires deep hands-on experience in PCC Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, and IDE, combined with strong scripting and data-handling skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize Power Curve Collections (PCC v3.x) to meet complex business and operational requirements.
- Develop and optimize collections workflows, treatment strategies, and decisioning logic using PCC Studio and strategy modules.
- Use JavaScript to enhance Page Designer screens, implement client-side logic, and improve user experience and data validation.
- Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations between PCC and external systems (CRM, core banking, payment gateways, data warehouses, etc.) using PCC Connectivity and related frameworks.
- Leverage PCC IDE for component-level customization, debugging, and version-controlled deployments.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, performance tuning, and validation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, DevOps, and business teams to design robust, scalable, and maintainable PCC solutions.
- Support PCC upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, impact analysis, and root cause resolution for production and UAT environments.
- Contribute to automation of deployments and monitoring through CI/CD pipelines and scripting tools.

Mandatory Skills Description:
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Experian Power Curve Collections (v2.x or higher).
- Strong understanding of PCC Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, and IDE-based development.
- Proven experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing PCC front-end components and dynamic form logic.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON structures, and integration best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL) for data handling, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in collections strategy design, case management, and treatment path configuration.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience working with Tallyman versions V3.0.9.0, V3.0.8.0, and V3.0.7.0, along with exposure to PCC.
- Good understanding of PCC architecture, configurations, and integrations, including both real-time and batch processing.
- Experience with PowerCurve Strategy Manager, preferably in conjunction with PCC, will be an added advantage.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Experience with Experian Power Curve Collection (PCC) or Power Curve Originations.
- Exposure to financial services, NBFC, or banking collections environments.
- Familiarity with Linux, application servers (JBoss/WebLogic), and deployment automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and integration orchestration tools.
- Understanding of PCC version upgrade paths, environment setup, and multi-instance management.
