Interview Process

- Shortlisted candidates will attend the inperson interview in Kolkata on 28Mar2026 (Saturday).
Must-Have Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
- Expertise in Azure SQL / SQL Querying
- Solid experience in designing robust data models
- Strong understanding of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Cardinality
Good-to-Have
- Experience in BI best practices and dashboard optimization
- Knowledge of DAX performance tuning
- Understanding of Azure Data stack
Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role
- Strong understanding of business requirements in the BI context and ability to design data models that convert raw data into meaningful insights.
- Good knowledge of star schema, snowflake schema, cardinality, relationships, and data modeling principles.
- Hands-on experience writing and optimizing DAX measures and functions in Power BI.
- Strong ability to write complex SQL queries in Azure SQL or related databases.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and analysts to ensure accurate and optimized reporting solutions.
