Why this role is important to us

This is a Fixed 6 month contract role with a potential extension role for a Power BI & ERP Integration Specialist, with expertise in PlentyOne or similar platforms, based in Coimbatore. Youll be the driving force behind transforming raw ERP data into actionable, automated BI dashboards. You'll design data pipelines, integrate PlentyOne ERP data, and deliver real-time sales, inventory, and production insights - enabling smarter decisions for the business.

What you will be responsible for

• Integrate PlentyOne ERP data streams into automated reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards in PowerBI or similar for sales performance, inventory levels, purchasing needs, and production capacity.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into automated dynamic Power BI visuals.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and error-free reporting processes.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and data analytics skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and scheduled data refresh.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Experience integrating data from ERP systems (PlentyOne preferred) or similar platforms via APIs.
• Ability to design clear and intuitive BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and purchasing data.
• Familiarity with e-commerce data structures such as orders, inventory, and product data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on automation and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
• Good project management skills and ability to deliver solutions within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience integrating ERP systems (PlentyOne or similar).

• Strong expertise in data extraction, ETL processes, and automated real-time BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
