Power BI Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional who can build impactful

dashboards and reports by integrating with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central across

both SaaS and On-Premise environments. The role requires strong data modeling capability,

business understanding, and the ability to work closely with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Integrate Power BI with Business Central (SaaS & On-Premise).
• Build efficient data models and DAX measures for high-performance reporting.
• Work with functional and technical teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Troubleshoot refresh, performance, and data issues.
• Manage Power BI services including workspaces, datasets, and gateways.
• Prepare documentation for reports, logic, and models.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Experience building reports using Business Central data for both SaaS and On-Premise.
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Experience with OData, APIs, and SQL Server.
• Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful visual insights.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Azure SQL, Data Factory, or Synapse.
• Knowledge of Business Central tables and processes.
• Performance tuning of reports.
• Row-Level Security (RLS).

Candidate Profile:

• 35 years of practical Power BI development experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Comfortable interacting with consultants and customers.
• Power BI certifications will be an advantage.
