Power BI Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations for end-users.

Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data sources, queries, and reports.

Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and functionality to improve overall data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Areas of Expertise:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Power BI development.

Strong understanding of SQL and DAX.

Proficient in data modeling and designing complex data visualizations.

Experience with data warehouse design and implementation.

Proficient in ETL processes and data integration techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

A Valid US Business Visa.

Hands-on experience on Qlik Sense and Power BI.

Experience with Pharma / Healthcare data.
