About the Role

Antz is looking for aPowerAutomate Tech Lead who can own delivery end to end, handle clients directly, and keep multiple projects running smoothly. If you enjoy solving real business problems, working with customers, and building reliable automations that actually get used, this role is for you.

You might lead a few parallel projects, manage complete lifecycle delivery (from requirement gathering to postgolive support), design and implement Power Automate solutions, and use Python wherever custom logic, integrations, or data handling is needed. This is a mix of hands-on building, client interaction, and technical leadership.

What You'll do:

• Lead a few Power Automate projects end to end: discovery, requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand needs, conduct demos, manage expectations, and ensure outcomes are aligned with business goals.
• Design, develop, and optimise workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) to automate business processes and integrate with other systems.
• Use Python to build custom integrations, connectors, scripts, and data-processing components when standard Power Automate capabilities are not sufficient.
• Own delivery timelines, risk management, and communication for the projects you lead.
• Review solutions, maintain best practices, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across automations.
• Mentor junior engineers/automation developers and set standards for documentation, monitoring, and reusability.

What we are looking for:

• 45 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Prior experience of leading a team.
• Proven experience handling clients directly: requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, handling feedback, and managing change requests.
• Deep understanding of building, optimising, and troubleshooting Power Automate flows (Cloud/desktop, approvals, integrations, error handling).
• Solid Python skills for automation, integrations (APIs/SDKs), and scripting.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering in fast-paced environments.
• Good understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint, Office 365, Dataverse, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple language to non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-driven, ownership-first mindset with attention to detail and quality.

• Location: Hyderabad (on-site / hybrid as per Antz policy).
• Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 2 weeks will only be preferred.
