Job Description:

Experience: 10 - 15 Years (L2 / L3 level Engineer)

Location: Mumbai - WFO

Desired Profiles

• Core focus on platform operations: HA/replication design, failover tooling (EFM), distributed clustering (PGD), backup/restore (Barman), and monitoring (PEM) are classic DBA/SRE/Platform responsibilities.
• Project delivery from the database side: Blueprinting, risk assessment, success criteria, performance testing, vulnerability remediation, and production cutovers are database platform project activities.
• Incident & RCA ownership: Owning outages, quick restoration, RCA, and process improvements aligns to operations/administration rather than application feature development.
• Change windows & DR drills: Upgrades, DR drills, and hotfixes during weekends/lean periods are typical DB operations duties.
