About the Role:-

We are seeking passionate and highly experienced PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers) to join our dynamic team. As a PGT at SLPS, you will play a vital role in driving our students' academic success and preparing them for a bright future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and national standards.
• Create a student-centered learning environment that caters to 21st-century learner expectations and aspirations.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full academic potential.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new curriculum initiatives.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the school's academic excellence through continuous improvement of teaching-learning practices.
• Support the implementation of NEP 2020, Skill Development & Capacity Building initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in the relevant subject area.
• B.Ed. degree or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary and senior secondary level.
• Proven track record of academic excellence and subject matter expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of industry and higher education requirements for developing life-ready and career-ready learners.
• Strong administrative skills and a commitment to professional development.
• Familiarity with CUET/SQAAF/Curriculum Planning & Development principles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
