Job Overview

Join our fast-growing team as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll champion property owners, agents, and tenants using TheLAL app. You'll drive onboarding success, excel features adoption, build lasting relationships to maximize retention, verified listings, and lead generation. Product & Process training to Internal & External Stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding
• Guide Users through app listing setup and listing discovery
• Partner with sales to align on targets and launch strategies

Product Adoption

• Drive usage of Platform features while educating well
• Deliver walkthroughs, webinars, and resources for optimal lead capture
• Develop Tutorials for ease of understanding within stakeholders

Relationship Building

• Serve as primary contact for facilitating User expectations
• Provide white glove support for inquiries, disputes, and optimization tips

Customer Health Monitoring

• Track listing performance and lead velocity to spot opportunities
• Proactively solve low engagement issues and recommend upgrades

Feedback Collection

• Gather insights on app UX, search accuracy, and lead quality
• Share Users feedback to enhance algorithms and features

Renewal & Growth

• Secure premium subscriptions and upsell
• Identify expansion opportunities including cross sell

Customer Advocacy

• Turn top performers into app testimonials and referral partners
• Showcase success stories of fastest conversions via case studies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years in customer success, preferably real estate/SaaS.
• Excellent communication for webinars, demos, and stakeholder rapport
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and CRM tools
• Proven track record in retention and revenue growth
