Key Responsibility Areas:

Deal evaluation: Understanding the industry & Business along with preparation of credit memo including financial model consisting of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow statement
Presentation of the deal to senior management in a power point format
Look in the disbursement of sanctioned deals while coordinating with internal stakeholders
Submitting Monthly/ Quarterly Monitoring Reports to the Top Management
Ensuring timely interest and principal repayments
Performing market research and competitive analysis for assessment

Essential Qualification & Experience required:

MBA finance/ Chartered Accountant with 4-7 yrs of work experience, preferably with corporate/ wholesale lending
Sound knowledge of underwriting in corporate/ wholesale lending
Strong understanding of industry cycle along with financial ratios
Hands on experience in Credit Memo preparation
Financial modelling with ability to make, read and maintain models in MS Excel
