Job Title: Portfolio Manager (Portfolio Management Services PMS)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to manage client portfolios under the

Portfolio Management Services (PMS) framework and ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements applicable to portfolio managers. The role involves investment decision-making,

portfolio construction, risk management, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and

regulatory standards.

The candidate must possess relevant experience in investment advisory and fund management,

preferably with exposure to regulated financial entities.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

Manage discretionary and non-discretionary client portfolios in line with investment

objectives and risk profiles.

Develop and implement asset allocation strategies across equity, fixed income, and other

permissible investment instruments.

Monitor portfolio performance and conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing.

Ensure alignment of portfolios with the approved investment strategy and client

mandates.

Investment Research & Strategy

Conduct fundamental and macroeconomic research to identify investment opportunities.

Perform sectoral and company-level analysis to support portfolio decisions.

Track market developments, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting

investments.

Client Portfolio Oversight

Review client portfolios periodically and ensure investments are consistent with client

risk profiles.

Provide investment updates and portfolio performance analysis as required.

Support client relationship teams with portfolio-related insights.

Risk Management & Compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines applicable to Portfolio Management

Services.
