Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Delivery Lead with a strong background in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 19 years of experience and a good understanding of Retail Banking. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and project management skills to drive successful project delivery and contribute to our companys growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the portfolio to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Oversee project managers and teams to ensure adherence to project plans budgets and timelines.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams stakeholders and senior management.Develop and implement project management best practices processes and tools to enhance project delivery.Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure quality and compliance with standards.Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources and successful project outcomes.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.Provide mentorship and support to project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Ensure alignment of project goals with the companys strategic objectives and priorities.Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery and performance.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management.Demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Have a good understanding of Retail Banking domain and its specific project management requirements.Exhibit excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and issues.Be proficient in project management tools and software to enhance project planning and execution.
Certifications Required
PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
