Job Summary
As a Portfolio and Performance Analysis Associate within our governance team, you will have the opportunity to optimize business performance by promoting key initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads, responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. This role is based in India, supporting our global structure. You will be part of a team responsible for the Controls, Reporting, and Oversight of operating metrics, as well as supporting various ad hoc/business initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce key metrics/decks (e.g. Relationship reviews, Steer Co. decks, Business reviews and dashboards) for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basis 
  • Liaise/ monitor with Business teams on various first line of defense controls / audit related aspects
  • Engage with key stakeholders across globe to understand challenges/pain-points or best practices and implement solutions
  • Play a supporting role in driving business-initiated change management activities across the business (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success, manage risks & controls)
  • Identify and execute on efficiency/automation opportunities in the existing data consolidation/reporting processes
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Keeping a risk and control mindset

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure)
  • 8 +years work experience with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to document and communicate complex, at times quantitative, business requirements and business analysis to our technology counterparts
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills.  Candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions/presenting
  • Action oriented with a focus on results and an innovative mindset
  • Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter 
  • Ability to work well on a global integrated team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills preferred
  • CFA, CIPM qualification preferred
