Role Overview

This is a highimpact individual contributor role responsible for driving policy governance, ensuring compliance, and enabling smooth functioning of the Policy Review Board. The role involves coordination, documentation excellence, and crossfunctional collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee endtoend policy lifecycle managementcreation, review, approval, archival.
• Manage central repositories of enterprise and business policies.
• Act as secretariat for the Policy Review Boardmeeting management, minutes, action tracking.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, Risk & Compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and facilitate timely policy updates.
• Build dashboards and reports to improve governance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Law, IT, Risk, or related fields (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in policy governance, risk & compliance, or corporate governanceideally within IT/ITES.
• Experience with board/committee secretariat functions is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001/31000, ITIL, COBIT, or SOX is desirable.
