Role Overview

This is a highimpact individual contributor role responsible for driving policy governance , ensuring compliance, and enabling smooth functioning of the Policy Review Board. The role involves coordination, documentation excellence, and crossfunctional collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee endtoend policy lifecycle management creation, review, approval, archival.
• Manage central repositories of enterprise and business policies.
• Act as secretariat for the Policy Review Board meeting management, minutes, action tracking.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, Risk & Compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and facilitate timely policy updates.
• Build dashboards and reports to improve governance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Law, IT, Risk, or related fields (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in policy governance, risk & compliance, or corporate governanceideally within IT/ITES.
• Experience with board/committee secretariat functions is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001/31000 , ITIL , COBIT , or SOX is desirable.
