Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Policy Research Analyst to support policy research, government tenders, and documentation-related activities. The role involves working on policy analysis, tender methodologies, RFP preparation, presentations, and government procurement platforms such as the GeM Portal.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct policy research and analysis related to government schemes, regulations, and initiatives

Assist in drafting tender methodologies and technical/financial documentation

Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and bid documents

Support tender submission processes and documentation compliance

Create professional presentations (PPTs) for internal reviews, proposals, and client/government meetings

Work on data collection, secondary research, and report preparation

Use and manage procurement-related tasks on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal

Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and policy-related inputs

Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and policy documents

Required Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of policy research and government ecosystem

Knowledge of tendering process, RFP preparation, and proposal documentation

Ability to prepare tender methodologies

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel

Experience or working knowledge of GeM Portal is preferred

Good presentation and documentation skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Policy, Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or any related discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Internship or project experience in policy research, consulting, or government-related work is an advantage

Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced policy and consulting environment
