Job Title: PMS Operations Manager / Senior Executive Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

Role Review:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage end-to-end PMS operations, ensuring seamless execution, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting across client portfolios.

Core Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding & KYC: Manage the documentation process, including verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) forms, and setting up new accounts in the system.
• Trade Execution & Settlement: Coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure buy/sell orders are executed and settled accurately across various asset classes.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily bank, demat, and holding reconciliations to identify and resolve any mismatches in funds or securities.
• Fund Accounting & NAV Calculation: Update asset prices daily and calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) for various schemes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations and other statutory guidelines.
• Fee Management: Calculate management fees, performance fees, and other charges accurately based on individual client agreements.
• Reporting & MIS: Generate monthly fact sheets, quarterly performance reports, and internal Management Information System (MIS) reports for stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field/ MBA/CA Inter

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with PMS software like Wealth Spectrum, Miles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and regulatory timelines
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
