Role Description
We are recruiting for a versatile PMS Compliance Officer to ensure high standards of compliance and corporate governance:
- Lead end-to-end compliance processes and liaising across SEBI, RoC, and other regulatory bodies, including for initial PMS license procurement
- Proactively anticipate regulatory changes and adapt compliance processes ahead of formal announcements
- Coordinate closely with external CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance
- Manage internal financial operations
Preferred Background
- Experience: 3+ years in compliance and operations for a SEBI-registered PMS or AIF, with a track record of successfully navigating regulatory audits
- Versatility: Enthusiastic about proactively taking ownership of diverse responsibilities across compliance and operations
- Bonus: Zero-to-one experience at fintech startups and interest in staying fluent in modern AI tools
