PMO

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will be responsible for monitoring, assisting and delivery of key business plans for Network function. The position holder will facilitates the overall assistance of senior management leading to the fulfillment of strategic objectives of the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Program Management
• Drive signed off Project Charters for all top transformation projects
• Develop and deploy tracking mechanisms in consultation with the Project owners at HQ and/or OpCo
• Own Progress report Weekly or Monthly based on requirements. Report will capture:
• Exceptional items
• Critical path deliverables at risk
• KPI dashboard for key projects
• Optimise Program Delivery by running efficient meetings / workshops and development of templates, Pre-reads and Logs
• Develop tracker for strategic / business priorities
• Set up and maintain RAG matrix for ongoing actions
• Prioritise support areas
• Recommend and enforce best practises for meetings and external engagements to optimise tasks
• Act as contact point between the various functions including cross functions in order to manage multi-stakeholder projects and information flow
• External Reporting: Prepare ESG reports, inputs for Annual Reports, Network functional reviews, other key strategic project monitoring and reporting, ensuring accuracy of data
• Strategy and Planning : Support CTO/DCTO in development of annual strategic plans and development of governance process with HQ and OpCo teams

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• MBA desirable, PMO Certification added advantage:

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)

• 10-12 years of experience in telecoms, IT related fields, Program Management of large projects
