Role Summary

The PMC Manager is responsible for ensuring effective execution of Oil & Gas projects through regular site visits, acting as the clients representative to control quality, safety, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regularsite visits to monitor civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping activities
Verify work progress against approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Ensure strict compliance withHSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
Coordinate on-site with EPC contractors, vendors, and consultants
Inspect material quality, installation practices, and workmanship
Prepare and submit daily/weekly site visit reports with photographs
Identify risks, delays, and non-compliance; implement corrective actions
Provide clear site progress updates to clients and senior management

Required Skills & Knowledge

Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas site execution
Understanding of P&ID, layout drawings, and basic instrumentation
Knowledge of safety regulations, permits, and site documentation
Strong reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Experience Requirement

512 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Energy projects
Mandatory experience in site-based project monitoring
