PM (SSRL) - Level 1

Key Responsibilities:-
•Coordination with all the verticals (chemistry, biology, DMPK, logistics, SCM, Finance) for day-to-day operational aspects of project management activities
•Attend weekly/biweekly telecons with the Client, prepare minutes of the meeting, and follow-up for completion
•Maintain quality of work and adhere to timelines
•Maintaining Project wise assay screening database
•Keeping a constant track of deliverables
•Maintaining project-wise live trackers (List of Reagents, Assays, compounds screened, QA Parameters and so on) in the client portal
•Ensure all import and export shipments are in process.
•Monthly PM validation of FTEs & RMs and client billing
•Coordination with the compound management team for correct and timely movement of compounds and share the compound details with the concerned Biologist
•Coordination within the PM team members to achieve the common goal
•Identify and timely report potential risks associated with a project as needed
•Coordinating with Logistics and scientific team for all export shipments
•Good Understanding of the Project Management system in the CRO. 
•Good understanding of the in-vitro assays a broad understanding of the cross-functional Department activities to meet the ProjectManagement requirement
•Handling client communications as well as communications across teams for better coordination of activities
•Coordination with the Chemistry team and serve as an interface of chemistry and biology as per the requirement of the project
Technical & Functional:  
•Well-versed with MS Office (PowerPoint, excel in particular), SharePoint portals, 
•Good communication skills (writing/speaking)
•Project Management course (Preferably PMP certified)
