Job Title - Plumbing Engineer

Desired Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum Seven Years in Hospital/Hotel/Pharmaceutical Ind.

To ensure proper functioning of all Plumbing utilities and water managementwithin hospital

Ø  To coordinate with Project teams during Project Phase for smooth executions of Plumbing jobs.

Ø  Monitoring all installations as per BOQ/Design and its documentations

Ø  To ensure project deliverables meet with Hospital Standards.

Ø  To maintained all utilities Bore well, Softener Plant, RO Plant, STP, Water Supply and Water Drainage piping & maintenance of water pipelines

Ø  To monitoring and maintain daily water consumption records.

Ø  To handle all water related complaints repairing and installation work.

Ø  To installation and fitting new projects and new requirements water related system.

Ø  To testing and maintain Eye washer and dialysis water supply systems. 

Ø  To maintain and loop disinfection cleaning work of water storage tank.

Ø  Up keep of Statutory requirement like Third Party water audit, water testing and CGWA requirements.

Ø  To take daily facility round of water supply utilities.

Ø  To maintain all plant related log books, stock inventory and material consumptions.

Ø  To supervise all works related to engineering maintenance.

Ø  To allocate duties to the team members and distribute responsibilities with proper work description among.

Ø  Dealing with vendors and keeping track on Annual maintenance contractor and materials requirements.

Ø  To maintain and installation requirements of hospitals signage and Logo.

Ø  To take care of Hospital carpentry related jobs and its maintain inventory

Ø  RO Plant, STP Plant, and all type of water supply smoothly.

Ø  Project planning and execution

Ø  Man power and material management

Ø  Communication skill and Decision making skill.

Ø  Shift Handling and facility rounds
