To strengthen our training team in Bangalore, we are looking for an experienced and passionate PLC & SCADA Trainer.

Role: PLC & SCADA Trainer

As a PLC & SCADA Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering practical automation training to engineering students and working professionals, ensuring they gain industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions in PLC and SCADA
• Train engineers on real-time industrial automation projects
• Develop course content, assignments, and practical exercises
• Guide students in troubleshooting, wiring basics, and automation concepts
• Support learners in understanding industrial standards and best practices
• Maintain training quality and improve curriculum continuously

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of industrial experience in automation or control systems
• Strong knowledge of PLC Programming and SCADA Development
• Familiarity with multiple PLC platforms such as:
• Siemens (S7-1200 / S7-1500)
• Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)
• Delta / Mitsubishi / Schneider (added advantage)
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP) is a plus

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to trainees
• Passion for training and mentoring engineers
• Confident, energetic, and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
• Prior training or mentoring experience is an advantage
