Role Description

• Full-time, on-site role.
• PLC Programmer
• Location: Bengaluru.

Role Responsibilities

• The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting PLC systems.
• The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation, maintaining system documentation and ensuring safety standards for equipment and processes.
• The candidate will also involve in software service support for the machine running in the field at our customer factories.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and software development.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and motion control systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Basics in HMI development and integration
• Knowledge of sensor systems and industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet Powerlink etc.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance, as well as project management skills, is an advantage.

Familiarity:

• We use PLCs from B&R, Siemens & Mitsubishi.
• Servo System from B&R, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, etc
