Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and configuring PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley), including ladder logic, structured text, and functional block diagrams.
- Programming, selection, configuration, and troubleshooting of VFD and Servo drives for various industrial applications.
- Troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of control systems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Providing on-site technical support for system performance and issue resolution post-installation.
- Integrating PLCs, drives, HMIs, and other components into system architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for control system designs, configurations, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting reports.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 68 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, functional block diagrams, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong expertise in Servo and VFD drive programming, troubleshooting, and optimization (minimum 2 years).
- Experience in control system design, IO design, E-plan circuit diagrams, panel layout, and BOM selection.
- Familiarity with HMI systems for process monitoring and control.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills
