Hiring | PLC & Industrial Automation Engineer
Pune | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a PLC & Industrial Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial control systems to join one of our clients at Pune, Hadapsar.
Key ResponsibilitiesPLC programming for sequencing, interlocks, alarms, and safety logic
Design & development of PLC-based automation systems
Integration & commissioning of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, sensors)
PLCHMIVFDRemote I/O interfacing
Industrial communication protocols: EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet
FAT, SAT & on-site commissioning support
Troubleshooting automation breakdowns & performance issues
Control documentation: I/O lists, wiring, logic diagrams
Compliance with industrial safety standards
Skills & Experience36 years experience in PLC programming & industrial automation
PLC platforms: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi
HMI development: FactoryTalk, WinCC, Weintek
Instrumentation selection, signal scaling & calibration
Reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, control drawings
Industrial networking & panel commissioning
Tools & TechnologiesRSLogix | Studio 5000 | TIA Portal | EcoStruxure
Modbus | EtherNet/IP | Profinet
Sensors | Transmitters | VFDs | MCCs
Industrial Ethernet & networking
Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics
