Hiring: PLC & SCADA Automation Engineers

Talent Vertex is hiring 10 PLC AUTOMATION Engineers who do End to end Engineering design, PLC/SCADA development along with Commissioning, site execution & handover.

Not just simulator work. If youre fluent in Studio 5000 and GX Works, know the difference between a Download and an Online Edit on a live plant, and thrive on solving on-site problems, read on.

What youll ow

• 
  End-to-end delivery: Logic development FAT/SAT Live site commissioning and handover

• 
  Multi-vendor PLC development and troubleshooting (Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix, Mitsubishi MELSEC series using GX Works Siemens & ABB exposure is a plus)

• 
  On-site execution: loop checks, I/O forcing, VFD & servo integration, dry runs, start-ups (travel required)

• 
  Field integration: EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profibus/Profinet and HMI/SCADA (FactoryTalk, GOT, WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware)

• 
  Fault diagnosis in live environments from communication timeouts to ground loops and complex interlocks

• 
  Documentation: I/O mapping, FDS, PLC logic docs, HMI screen lists, test protocols, operation & maintenance manuals

Must-have checklis

• 
  PLC Proficiecy - ABB PLCs (Automation Builder) , Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000 Logix Designer), Siemens (S7-1200 / S7-1500) TIA Portal, Mitsubishi (GX Works)

• 
  HMI / SCADA (FactoryTalk View, Wonderware / InTouch, WinCC, Ignition SCADA)

• 
  Strong ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot panel wiring independently

• 
  Comfortable with on-site customer interactions and FAT/SAT execution

• 
  Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming best practices and safety/interlock design
