Mandatory Skills: SAP CS, SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, SAP GST, SAP SD/CS

Role & responsibilities

• Must have 14years of experience in CS.
• Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles.
• Should have detailed SAP CS processes knowledge including service orders, warranties, notifications, service contracts, repairs and returns.
• Should have experience in the preparation of functional design and deliver solutions that improve service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate CS with Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI-CO) and other modules.
• Manage master data: equipment, installed base, functional locations and serial numbers.
• Should be able to lead the requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap workshops, blueprinting and solution documentation and design..
• Participate in end-to-end project activities including configuration, unit/integration/UAT, cut-over, go-live and hypercare.
• Provide post-production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• SAP Certification is an advantage.
