PLATFORM TEAM LEADER ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC)

Essential:

• Ability to handle 8~12 engineers team and 10+ projects.
• Ability to handle meetings with international teams on Teams call/physical meeting. Must have very good proficiency in English language.
• Need sufficient riding exposure and understanding of 2W vehicle dynamics.
• Good knowledge of vehicle assembly and its sub-parts assembly.
• Ability to do data analysis.
• Hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Project management for one Brand, completing RASCI matrix with international teams and within R&D.
• Bike evaluations, assembly, team handling, report preparation, meeting handling.
