Manager, Platform Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Platform SREs supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Architect, automate, monitor, and operate scalable platforms using modern DevOps and SRE principles.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and incident response frameworks.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align reliability initiatives with strategic goals.
- Represent the Platform SRE team in executive forums and external conferences.
- Manage delivery schedules, team priorities, and resource allocation to meet SLAs and business objectives.
- Instil standards and processes that ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Influence organizational change through technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.
