Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Admin Lead with strong platform administration and governance expertise. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the Alteryx ecosystem, including Server, Designer, and Gallery environments. The ideal candidate will drive platform stability, security, performance optimization, and enterprise-wide analytics enablement.

This position requires leadership capability, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on expertise in Alteryx administration along with exposure to data and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Governance

• Manage and administer Alteryx Server, Designer, and Gallery environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and platform scalability.
• Implement governance policies, security standards, and user access controls.
• Monitor workflows, schedules, and system health.

Performance Optimization & Security

• Optimize workflows, server performance, and resource utilization.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and compliance best practices.
• Manage user roles, authentication mechanisms, and data security.

Integration & Analytics Ecosystem

• Support integrations across Azure environments and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with teams working on R, RStudio, HMS, Trifacta, Denodo, and Tellius.
• Enable automation and analytics workflows across enterprise systems.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance to analytics teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Data Engineering and IT teams.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Support ITSM processes and incident management activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Alteryx Administration (Server, Designer, Gallery)
• R & RStudio Administration
• Azure Administration
• Experience with HMS, Trifacta, Denodo, Tellius
• Platform governance and performance tuning expertise

Desired Skills

• ITSM process exposure
• Experience in enterprise-scale analytics environments
• Strong documentation and governance capabilities
