With a background in end-to-end application management experience, you are passionate about building critical payments applications as part of a pipeline that impacts millions of customers. Essential Skills

• Software Engineering or equivalent IT degree or combination of Diploma & Certifications related to Software Engineering & AWS.
• 5 years’ experience as Software Engineer/DevOps/SRE/System Engineer in AWS Cloud environment.
• Practical experience in AWS foundational services (IAM, VPC, EC2, ASG, SecurityGroup, S3).
• Practical experience operating Kubernetes/AWS EKS cluster.
• Practical experience building and maintaining docker images.
• Competency in at least 1 programming language (Java, Python or Typescript preferred).
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Cloudformation, CDK, Terraform).
• Experience managing CI/CD pipeline to deploy AWS resources and container workloads.
• Understanding of DevOps/SRE Best Practices: Logging, Monitoring, Security.
• Be able communicate your idea clearly and effectively.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology or any similar stream
