Job Description:

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise container platforms on Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Architect and manage multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, networking, operators, and CRDs
• Lead platform architecture for cloud-native and microservices-based systems
• Build, deploy, and stabilize logging and monitoring stacks (Fluent/Promtail/Alloy Loki Grafana)
• Implement and integrate Keycloak identity services on Kubernetes (realms, RBAC, OAuth2/OIDC)
• Design and operate Vault-based secret management (Agent Injector, KV, Transit, dynamic secrets, HA)
• Develop Kubernetes tools, operators, and backend services using Go
• Create automation and tooling using Python and Shell scripting
• Implement infrastructure and platform automation using Ansible
• Drive CI/CD and GitOps practices using Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton, or similar tools
• Define best practices for containerization, Dockerfiles, image security scanning, Helm, and Kustomize
• Lead complex troubleshooting and performance optimization of platform services
• Guide development and SRE teams on DevOps, reliability, and operational excellence
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and high availability
• Perform functional and infrastructure validation using Robot Framework
